Dinosaur BBQ Harlem

Dinosaur BBQ started in Syracuse, Upstate New York and in 2004, they opened a second location in Harlem, New York City. The old historic building, once a motorcycle repair shop, became the iconic home of Dinosaur BBQ until Columbia bought it and they had to move a few blocks away to its current location.

Dinosaur has ribs just as good if not better than the best in Memphis, TN.  The Harlem location stands out as it has amazing side dishes like the stupidly awesome Syracuse salt potatoes, as well as great beans, greens, mac n cheese and slaw.  The Harlem location also has great key lime pie and chocolate ice box pie as well as many seafood options and delicious peel and eat shrimp!
